A refund will be offered within 24 hours of purchase. When 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, please email email@example.com with your intent to receive a refund. If the review guide has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund. If your review guide has been shipped, you will be refunded $79 less than your original payment to cover the cost of your review guide. We will not accept returns of a review guide.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
